The Droid Division Workshop proudly presents: the super-detailed, solid-state Pilot Navigator Droid Body STL file set!
Designed to pair with the separately sold Head, this is one of the most intricate and feature-packed builds yet.

🧾 What’s Included:

This listing is for the Body STL files only – the Head is sold separately.

🛑 Important: Only buy from official Droid Division sources — if you see these files anywhere else, they’re fakes. No support, no updates, and no help. Always buy directly from me 🙏

🤖 What You Get:

• Complete STL file set for the entire Droid Body

• A detailed PDF guide with instructions, photos, and recommended hardware

• Designed for modular assembly — this is a large project with lots of parts, so organisation is key while printing

To complete the full Droid, you’ll need both the Head and Body STL sets.

🛠️ Build & Stability:

• Articulated upper body from the hips up

• Static lower body pose: legs are fixed at subtle angles for a natural stance

• Legs are designed to slide over ¾” metal poles to provide internal stability

• Torso and leg poles required, just like my other tall droids

📏 Height: approx. 1815mm (5ft 11in)
⚖️ This droid has very small feet, just like the screen version

• For full screen-accuracy, mannequin stands are strongly recommended

• If you’d prefer not to use a stand, an optional set of longer (non-screen-accurate) feet is included for improved free-standing stability

💡 Wiring & Customisation:

• Internal holes for wiring are included

• Due to complexity, exact routing isn’t covered in the PDF — feel free to discuss your setup in the Print Club group

🖨️ Printer Compatibility:

• Files are optimised for large printers (CR-10, Ender 5+)

• Pre-split versions also included for smaller beds (e.g. Ender 3)

  • Some parts are tight — ensure your bed is set to the full 220x220mm

  • Save your download link PDF for any slicing updates in the future

Your download is a PDF introduction to the build, which contains a link to the most up-to-date STL and info files hosted on Dropbox.
