The Droid Division Workshop proudly presents: the super-detailed, solid-state RQ Protocol Droid STL file set!
Tall, sleek, and built for protocol perfection — this one’s a classic.

🧾 What’s Included:

This is a digital STL file set for 3D printing at home – no physical items included.
Due to the nature of digital files, no refunds can be offered, so please make sure before buying.

🤖 What You Get:

• Complete STL file set for the full RQ Protocol Droid

• PDF instructions with step-by-step build guidance, photos, and a list of recommended hardware

• File structure designed for both large and smaller printers (see below)

The Droid features articulated upper body joints from the hips upwards.
Legs are fixed in place with slight angles to give the illusion of a natural stance.

🛠️ Build & Stability:

• Legs are designed to slide over 1″ metal poles to form a super-stable core

• Requires leg and torso poles, just like my other tall builds

• Once assembled, the droid is very stable, but for public displays, a mannequin base is strongly recommended

📏 Final height: approx. 1810mm (5ft 11in)
🧵 Designed to look great at 0.3mm layer height — keep those layer lines if you want that authentic robotic look!

🖨️ Printer Compatibility:

• Optimised for standard printers like the Ender 3

• Includes pre-split versions for larger beds (CR-10, Ender 5+)

• Some parts may be tight on 220×220 beds — check your printer settings and save your download link for future file updates or re-slicing if needed

You’ll receive a PDF download with an introduction to the build and a link to the most up-to-date STL and documentation files on Dropbox.
