No password needed. Enter your email on the sign-in page and we send you a 6-digit code — type it in and you're in.
If you've bought from us before (on this site or the old one), use the same email address and your order history will be waiting. You can optionally set a password later under Account → Security.
Everything you've bought lives in My purchases (Account → My purchases) sign in and download anytime, on any device, as many times as you need.
Most products include a build intro/link PDF. Open it for the link to the latest STL and Info PDF files.
Sometimes clicking on a PDF link while it is still in the browser breaks the hyperlink.
Once the PDF is downloaded and opened off browser it will work as normal.
Yes. Sign in with the same email you used on the old site and your past orders and downloads are already in My purchases. No new payment, nothing to claim.
Yes many people scale my prints. You will of course need to find smaller bolts if you still want the articulation.
50% is a great downsize with least problems.
25% is doable and quite popular. At 25% or smaller you may want to use a smaller nozzle also.
Things become more problematic (including quality) at smaller scales like 1:6 scale and below.
They may need some normally adjustable joints, to be glued...
When parts are identical but for symmetry, I only save the one (usually the Right).
Files labelled as Right, will need mirroring in slicer for Left hand part.
Files labelled as L or R will not need mirroring to work to make a pair, you just need to print two.
Products are supplied as STL files. STLs slice for any FDM printer.
Check each models listing details for the minimum print bed size and filament estimate.
Large droids are split into printable parts, and many include parts pre-sliced for smaller beds.
It depends on where you are. In the UK and EU, the price you see includes your country's VAT, and checkout shows the VAT on its own line. Everywhere else there's no VAT — you pay a single price. Everything is charged in GBP: you can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, and your bank or PayPal converts the currency. Prices follow the country on your account, or where you're browsing from if you're not signed in. If it looks wrong, ask us in the support chat and we'll put it right.
All Droid Division files are single person usage only.
Printing for your kids is of course fine.
Printing for a friend is ok, as long as that person has bought the files. Message me for clarification.
Sharing (or selling) the files, even if modified (especially if modified) isn't allowed under any circumstances.
All sales are final.
As files cannot be returned to me, I cannot refund money anymore. Be very sure of this before buying.
