Description

The Droid Division Workshop presents: the super-detailed, solid-state SBD file set!
Including bonus Inner Head details, and Big BoomStick Arm variant.

📦 What’s Included:

  • A downloadable PDF with an intro and link to the Dropbox folder containing the STL files.

  • A  Build Guide (PDF) with photos and instructions covering everything up to the Lower Chest.

  • A list of ideal hardware components needed to complete the build.

Be sure to save your original PDF — that’s how you’ll access updated files later on!

🛠️ Build Details:

  • This is a digital STL file set for 3D printing at homenot a physical prop.

  • Refunds are not possible due to the nature of digital files. Please be sure before purchasing.

  • As with all Droid Division files, this is for personal use only. Do not share, resell, or distribute, even if modified.

🤖 Robot Features:

  • Stands approx. 1930mm (6ft 4in) tall to the top of the head.

  • Fully poseable upper body (from Belly to Chest connection and up).

  • Fixed leg joints at the Hip, Knee, and Ankle — designed with subtle angles to give a natural, posed stance.

  • Legs are designed to slide over a 1″ metal pole/pipe to create a stable base.

  • Requires leg and torso poles, just like my other tall Droid builds.

  • For public display, due to the Droid’s size and top-heaviness, a mannequin base or similar support is strongly recommended.

🧵 Printing Notes:

  • Designed for standard-sized printers (e.g. Bambu or larger).

  • Includes additional split files for smaller printers like the Ender 3 (220x220mm). Some parts may be tight, so ensure your bed is set to full capacity.

  • Estimated filament usage: ~20kg.

I’ve built this Droid with stability, detail, and ease of printing in mind. Can’t wait to see what you make of him!

Thanks again for supporting Droid Division 👊

It is not often I give five stars without opening the files. I can safely do so with Dave’s. I have several of his droids and they are all amazing. Seeing the pictures from the Beta Testers this is going to be another one.

Just about finished and everything has been printing great.

DD files always print and fit perfectly.
