Description

The Droid Division Workshop proudly presents: the super-detailed, solid-state Sarcastic Security Droid Head Display STL file set!
Perfect for display, custom lighting, or just keeping a grumpy Droid Head on your desk.

   What You Get:

  • STL files for the entire Head, including:

    • Display Base

    • Removeable Dome

    • Internal Data Port Detail

    • Optional Servo Ready Eyes

  • Instructional PDF with build steps and reference photos

   The files are designed to allow for easy lighting mods — especially in the eye sockets and internal areas.

   Printing & Display:

  • Built to look great even at 0.3 layer height — leave those layer lines showing, it’s a robot!

  • All parts are printable on smaller machines like the Ender 3 (or bigger)

   This is a head-only display — the full body STL files are available separately.

   File Access:

Your download is a PDF with an introduction to the build, plus a link to the most up-to-date STL and info files in Dropbox.
Save the PDF somewhere safe — it’s your key to accessing updates.

    Great files and very good instructions, thanks !!! I printed a simple round support with holes to put the small Bluetooth speaker inside – so I can make my conversations with Chat GPT like with a droid – makes fun 🙂

    Outstanding print files! Terrific unstructions as well.Heads up, if you’re in the US using imperial measurements, the 3/4 inch (nor a 1/2 inch) pvc pipe doesn’t seem to fit for the neck assembly. Suggest printing the included neck support instead.

    The files are amazing. I have printed a full-size Security Droid and two head displays and it’s always a joy to work with DD files
    The animatronic eye mechanism is an awesome bonus you get with the files. Can’t recommend them enough

    Not only is the head there with detail, it includes a base (in lieu of me buying the body files) and links for all the eye animatronics which I was really wanting. Excited to print!
