The Droid Division Workshop proudly presents: the super-detailed, solid-state Security Droid Body STL file set!
Designed to pair with the separately sold Sarcastic Security Droid Head — together they make one towering, impressive build.

This is just the BODY FILES – the head is available separately

🦿 What’s in the Set:

• STL files for the entire Security Droid Body (minus the head)

• A detailed PDF guide with build instructions, photos, and recommended hardware

• Built-in channels for easy pole and reinforcement installation

🧩 To complete the full droid, you’ll need both the Head and Body sets.

🛠️ Build & Stability:

• Upper body is fully poseable from the hips upwards

• Legs are non-articulated for stability, fixed with subtle angles to give the illusion of a dynamic pose

• Legs are designed to slide over 1″ metal poles for strength

• Additional pole supports required for legs and torso (like other tall droids)

• For public display, due to his size and top-heaviness, a mannequin base is strongly recommended

📏 Final height (with head attached): approx. 2160mm (7ft 2in)
🧵 Estimated filament usage will vary with settings, but this is a very large build

🖨️ Printer Compatibility:

• Main files are optimised for large printers (CR-10, Ender 5+ etc.)

• Includes one extra-large 500x500mm file for the lower torso

• All files are also split into sections for smaller printers like the Ender 3

  • Some parts are a tight fit on 220x220mm beds, so be sure your slicer settings are correct

  • Save your download link PDF in case future slicing updates are added

📁 File Access:

The download is a PDF with a link to the most up-to-date STL and instruction files on Dropbox.
Save the PDF somewhere safe – it’s your key to updates and access.
